Full Description

Whilst retaining character with a low beamed ceiling, the comfortable and tastefully decorated sitting – dining-room is very welcoming, with a multi-fuel stove housed in the inglenook fireplace and TV, DVD and stereo. Secondary glazing ensures the Chapel is warm, quiet and cozy.
A fully fitted kitchen with an electric fan-assisted oven and grill, hob with extractor fan, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine/dryer, kettle, toaster and all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery you will need.
Stairs lead up to one double gallery bedroom with a high open ceiling with exposed trusses.
The pretty single bedroom opens off this room.
A refreshingly modern bathroom.
There are exposed beams and polished wooden floors throughout and 2 large arch topped windows.
Originally built in 1875, it was deconsecrated around 1912 and became disused, even doing duty as a wood-turner’s workshop among other uses.
The current owner has converted it sensitively to retain as many of its original features as possible while making a comfortable and stylish house.
